Terms and Conditions

Linc Great Indian Art Fest
  1. Prizes have been determined through an internal voting process.
  2. Winners will receive a prize package that includes cash and hampers.
  3. These terms and conditions are applicable for "Linc Great Indian Art Fest" being conducted from 22 August 2024. The period of the contest shall be referred to as "Contest Period". Participation in the contest is purely voluntary. The participants agree to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and each participant hereby agrees to abide by the terms and conditions and/or by any subsequent revisions of the terms and conditions.
  4. All contest materials, including details on how to enter and claim prizes, are part of these Terms and Conditions of entry to this Contest.
  5. The contest is open to people of all age groups.
  6. The contest is valid in all states in India.
  7. The contest shall be open during the period from 22 August onwards. The date of the completion of the contest will be announced later.
  8. Linc shall maintain the confidentiality of the personal information furnished by the contest participants.
  9. Each participant shall ensure that the entries submitted are in conformity with the laws of India and do not infringe intellectual property(IPR) of any third party including but not limited to Copyright. Linc shall assume no liability in case of any suit or claim of breach of intellectual property and all cost and consequences of any such infringement shall be entirely to the participant.
  10. By participating in this contest you agree and undertake to indemnify and keep indemnified Linc, its associates, employees and agencies from any suit, claim, cost or damages arising out of your conduct in participating and submitting an entry in this contest.
  11. Each participant can share multiple entries during the activity period.
  12. Entries for the contest will be considered valid only if -

    • The artwork is created using a Pentonic pen.

    • The user must share their complete details, including their postal address.

  13. The top 3 participants will be selected as the winners and they will receive cash prizes. 10 participants will receive special gift hampers. Every participant will receive a valid certificate of participation.
  14. The Prize is not transferable or will not be offered in any other form, no such request will be entertained in any form. In this regard, Linc will not be responsible for any complaints, issues with the prize offered if there is a third party involvement in making, delivering the prize, the winner will directly need to take up with the respective supplier. No claim for reimbursement of the cash or in kind under such circumstances will be entertained. Linc will have no liability and responsibility on the prize offering and the winners will not have any legal claim under any circumstance with Linc.
  15. The winners shall be entitled to Linc. The prizes will only be registered in the name of the winner. For a person to participate he/she must be a resident of India. All the prizes will be delivered only in India.
  16. The Company reserves the right to change or modify the prizes for the contest at its sole discretion.
  17. The prizes given out shall be governed by the terms and conditions applicable to their usage and Linc shall assume no responsibility or liability for their use.
  18. Employees of Linc, their immediate families and agencies associated with this contest and their employees shall not be entitled to participate in this contest. Their entries are liable to be rejected.
  19. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts of Mumbai, India.
  20. The Contest is being managed by BC Web Wise having experience in handling such contests (hereinafter referred to as the "agency") on behalf of Linc. The winners will be selected by Linc.
  21. The prizes will be offered/delivered within 90 days after the announcement of results. This is subject to change/extension considering the external official factors and announcements.
  22. Linc shall not be liable for any disruption or disconnection in the receipt of the entries.
  23. Linc reserves the right to alter, modify or change any terms and conditions herein or modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Contest at any time during the Period declared above at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.
  24. The decision of Linc will be final and binding regarding this Contest.
  25. Entry into this Contest confirms acceptance of all these Terms and Conditions governing this Contest and Linc’s decisions regarding the same.
  26. Acceptance of prizes constitutes permission to the organizer to use the winner's name, relevant details and/or photographs for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice.
  27. All documents relating to the participation and/or the content of the entries shall become the exclusive property of Linc.
  28. The user retains exclusive ownership of the artwork they upload. As a brand, we are not responsible for any copyright issues that may arise.
